Turn Around Time (TAT)

For items not on preorder, our typical TAT is 10-15 business days. When items are on preorder, TAT is 3-4 weeks. We hold all orders placed during a launch weekend through the subsequent Monday night. As a result, during launches, shipping and the TAT do not start until the following Tuesday. If there are delays in getting in necessary supplies, announcements will be made here on the site.

Domestic Shipping Information

Shipping is primarily done through the USPS. When checking out, you have the option to upgrade your shipping to Priority which has an estimated shipping time of 2-3 days or UPS.

Canadian Shipping Information

We've been having issues with usps Canadian shipping so while we will ship to Canada, it is required that you choose UPS shipping. Unfortunately it seems to be a problem with the customs form. But the shipping software forces us to use their forwarder service for that so we have no control over how they fill out the forms. We are looking into other shipping platforms to avoid this issue for future launches, but Canadian customers can always shop through Gracie Jay as well to avoid UPS shipping.
